SMA Services Process

Our rigorous and thorough process, which is outlined below, ensures that we meet the requirements of our clients:

Social Media Creatives & Ad Copywriting

Creative & Ad Copywriting

Ad copy and creatives are crucial because they contain key information about your product or service and often determine conversion rates. Our in-house Content Strategists and design team will create succinct, creative ad copies and visually appealing creatives that highlight the best aspects of your product or service. They ensure your unique selling points are clearly communicated and visually compelling, enticing your targeted audience and helping your brand stand out from competitors.

Facebook Pixel Conversion Tracking

Conversion Tracking – Using Facebook Pixel

Conversion Tracking
– Using Facebook Pixel

Conversion tracking with Facebook Pixel allows us to monitor the actions users take toward completing a business goal. These actions include adding an item to the cart, form submissions, and more. By implementing Facebook Pixel, we can gather valuable data on your customers’ conversion actions to better optimise your SMA campaigns and make more informed decisions.

Meta Ads Optimisations

Meta Ads Optimisation

Optimising a Meta Ads campaign involves regular analysis and testing to identify which elements are performing well and which need improvement. Our team of SMA Specialists will continuously optimise your campaign to maximise your return on investment (ROI). This effort includes campaign budget allocation, creative elements, ad copywriting, and more. Through these strategies, we ensure that every aspect of your campaign is fine-tuned for the best possible results.

Facebook Remarketing & Lookalike Audience

Remarketing & Lookalike Targeting

To leverage the data from previous campaigns or page activity, we will create a lookalike audience to reach untapped potential audiences. Additionally, our remarketing efforts focus on re-engaging users who have previously interacted with your brand but have not yet converted. Combining lookalike targeting with remarketing ensures a comprehensive approach to reaching both new and familiar audiences, ultimately enhancing your campaign’s effectiveness.

Social Media Performance

Tracking & Reviewing of Performance

Your dedicated Account Manager will send you a monthly report and a quarterly review of your SMA campaign performance. This allows you to easily monitor the progress of your campaigns and ensure that the strategy is effective. Supported by an experienced team of SMA Specialists in Singapore, including Data Analysts, Creative Designers, and Content Strategists, your Account Manager ensures your campaign is in good hands and continuously optimised for the best results.

Meta A/B Testing

A/B Testing

A/B testing compares two versions of an ad to determine which one generates better results, such as clicks, conversions, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). Our team conducts A/B tests using varying elements like ad copies and bidding strategies to identify the most appealing option for your target audience. By analysing the outcomes, we can optimise your campaign to achieve higher engagement and more targeted results.

FAQs on our Social Media Marketing Services

What is the difference between social media marketing and traditional marketing?

Social media marketing and traditional marketing differ primarily in their approaches and mediums. Social media marketing involves promoting products or services through social media platforms, leveraging targeted ads, and engaging with audiences in real time. Traditional marketing, on the other hand, includes methods like print ads, TV commercials, and billboards.

While traditional marketing can reach a broad audience, social media advertising in Singapore allows for more precise targeting and interactive engagement, making it a powerful tool for modern businesses. Working with a social media marketing agency in Singapore can help you effectively navigate both approaches to maximise your reach and impact.

What are the benefits of Facebook marketing?
Facebook marketing is immensely popular due to its massive audience base. With the potential to reach over 1.96 billion users worldwide, your audience is likely to be on this platform. Adding on its flexible cost, high customisability, and strong reputation for generating leads – Facebook is a top performer in social media advertising.
What are the benefits of Instagram marketing?

Instagram excels in brand engagement, given the various formats available for interaction (e.g. stories, posts, and direct messages). In fact, 92% of Instagram users report having engaged with a brand by following, clicking on the website, or making a purchase after seeing a product or service on the platform. Similar to Facebook, Instagram also enjoys a wide user base in Singapore, it is particularly effective for connecting with younger audiences, as most users are aged between 25 and 34.

What is a lookalike audience?

A lookalike audience is a Facebook segmentation tool used in social media advertising in Singapore that allows you to reach new people who are likely to show interest in your business because they share similar characteristics (i.e. demographics and interests) with your existing customers. This is particularly useful in platforms like Facebook and Instagram, where leveraging lookalike audiences can help improve the efficiency of your advertising campaigns.

What are the different types of Facebook ads?

Facebook offers multiple ad formats to suit different marketing objectives. These include carousel ads, video ads, image ads, slideshow ads, collection ads, and lead generation ads. Each type serves a specific purpose, from driving website traffic to increasing brand awareness. Effective Facebook marketing in Singapore involves choosing the right ad format based on your campaign goals.

What are the different types of Instagram ads?

Instagram provides several ad formats, including photo ads, video ads, carousel ads, story ads, and shopping ads. These formats allow for creative flexibility and can be tailored to suit different marketing objectives. Successful Instagram marketing in Singapore requires selecting the appropriate ad format to engage your target audience and achieve your business goals.

What is the PSG grant and SFEC credit?
The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is an initiative started by the Government of Singapore that is designed to help SMEs invest in technology and IT solutions that enhance existing business processes and boost productivity. PSG offers up to 50% of grant support to companies that select pre-approved solutions, including Impossible Marketing’s Digital Marketing solutions.
Note: Companies are subjected to an annual grant cap of S$30,000 for solutions, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year.
Eligible employers for SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC) will also receive a one-time S$10,000 credit to cover up to 90% of their out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs. Both the PSG and SFEC credit hold the common objective of supporting employers, especially SMEs, in boosting enterprise and workforce transformation.
Does your company qualify for the PSG grant and SFEC credit?
Business entities need to fulfil these requirements to be eligible for PSG:
  • Registered and operating in Singapore with a minimum of 30% local shareholding,
  • Company’s Group annual sales turnover of less than S$100 million, or less than 200 employees, and
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore.
Note: Start-ups operating for less than 6 months can still apply but will be subjected to the Enterprise Singapore (ESG)’s assessment.

For SFEC, eligible employers should already have been notified by ESG in writing if they meet the necessary requirements. Qualified SMEs should be able to see the S$10,000 credit when they log in to the Business Grants Portal.
How much should I spend on Facebook and Instagram ads?
The amount you should spend on Facebook and Instagram ads depends on your business goals, target audience, and overall marketing budget.
  • For effective Facebook marketing in Singapore, a recommended starting point is setting aside at least 10 to 15% of your total marketing budget.
  • For Instagram marketing in Singapore, consider a similar range but adjust based on the engagement and performance metrics of your initial campaigns.
Why is social media marketing important?

With 79% of Singaporeans active on social media, social media advertising offers extensive reach for any business aiming to generate leads. Built-in targeting tools make social media ideal for crafting effective ad campaigns tailored to those most likely to buy a product or follow your brand. Additionally, social media is a great place to showcase your brand’s personality and build thought leadership, even through ads. This makes brands look more approachable and real, which buyers of the millennial and younger generations increasingly prefer.

How can social media marketing help in your business?

Social media ads can help you achieve business goals such as lead generation or increasing brand awareness. They offer excellent platforms for letting consumers discover new products, discounts, events, and more. With many ways of social media advertising available, they are highly customisable to fit your budget, helping you earn impressions and clicks. And with the right target audience set, you can maximise your return on investment (ROI). Even better, you can also gain brand impressions for free when users see but don’t click on your ad!

Are social media advertising services expensive?

The cost of social media advertising services can vary widely based on your goals, target audience, and ad formats. While it can be perceived as expensive, platforms like Facebook and Instagram offer flexible pricing models. This flexibility allows businesses to start small and scale up as they see results. By working with a social media agency in Singapore, you can better manage costs and ensure your budget is spent effectively.

How do you choose the right social media agency?

Choosing the right social media agency involves evaluating their experience, portfolio, and client reviews. Look for a social media marketing agency in Singapore that understands your industry and has a proven track record of successful campaigns. Additionally, consider their ability to create engaging content, use advanced targeting tools, and provide insightful analytics to measure campaign performance.

Why should you engage a social media agency?

Engaging a social media agency can significantly enhance your online presence and marketing efforts. A social media agency in Singapore can provide expertise in creating targeted campaigns, optimising ad spend, and managing your brand’s reputation online. They can also help you stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in social media advertising, ensuring your strategies remain effective and competitive.

Can you use the PSG grant and SFEC credit to take up our marketing solutions?
Impossible Marketing is a PSG Pre-Approved Vendor; hence, you may apply for PSG that provides up to 50% of grant support for our Digital Marketing Solutions. Eligible companies can also tap on the one-time SFEC credit to cover up to 90% of the out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs.
