For SFEC, eligible employers should already have been notified by ESG in writing if they meet the necessary requirements. Qualified SMEs should be able to see the S$10,000 credit when they log in to the Business Grants Portal.

You should receive an update on your application within 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required information. There is no need to specially apply for SFEC.

Note: Upon submission, companies may choose to proceed with the project. However, you will not be able to claim subsequently should the application be unsuccessful.
PSG works on a reimbursement basis. You will have to make full payment and use our digital marketing solutions before making a claim. For SFEC, the credit will be automatically credited into your business bank account and no additional action is needed.

From 1 April 2024 onwards, the maximum support level will be up to 50%.
The PSG supports the adoption of a wide range of IT solutions and equipment, including digital marketing services, cloud computing, data analytics, e-commerce, mobile solutions, and cybersecurity. A full list of eligible solutions and equipment can be found on the Enterprise Singapore website.
Eligible companies can apply for more than one PSG based on their business needs, but support can only be extended for one package per solution category and per deployment location. This means that if the applicant applies subsequently (i.e. after the first application) for the same IT solution to be deployed at the same location, this application will be rejected.
