Ngong Ping 360 (NP360) is one of Hong Kong’s most iconic tourist attractions, offering a breathtaking cable car ride that overlooks Lantau Island and connects visitors to the famous Tian Tan Buddha. But as travel trends shifted and digital engagement became more crucial than ever, NP360 wanted to connect with audiences beyond Hong Kong, reaching potential visitors from around the world.
That’s where we came in. At Impossible Marketing, we had the privilege of partnering with NP360 to elevate their digital presence and help them market across different countries. Our goal was simple: to help NP360 strengthen global awareness, attract international visitors, and convert online interest into real-world experiences.
Building a global connection
We started by analysing NP360’s existing online presence and identifying untapped markets. While the brand had strong recognition in Hong Kong, there was huge potential to reach audiences from Southeast Asia and beyond. The results were nothing short of remarkable. From April to September 2025, NP360’s campaign performance saw exponential growth. What started with just two campaigns skyrocketed to 24, reflecting a 1,100% increase in campaign activity. Their reach grew from 211,000 to 3.7 million, marking an impressive 1,655% growth.
Purchases surged from 68 to 568, an outstanding 735% increase. This translated into a 735% ROI improvement, which is a milestone that underscored the power of data-driven strategy and creative collaboration.
Behind every number was a story of teamwork, precision, and adaptability. The results were driven by a combination of Meta Ads and TikTok campaigns, both of which played key roles in expanding NP360’s visibility and engagement. Through Meta Ads, we were able to refine targeting, optimise cost per purchase, and deliver content that resonated with travellers at every stage of their journey. Meanwhile, TikTok helped us capture new audiences through short, compelling storytelling that inspired exploration.
Each campaign was carefully optimised, from creative variations to audience testing, ensuring that NP360’s message reached the right people in the right way.

To deepen our understanding and strengthen execution, our team members Lynn, Jue Xi, Pei Xian, and Angeline personally visited TikTok’s office alongside NP360.
