In a celebration of unity and talent, Impossible Marketing (IM) is grateful for the invitation to the Extra•Ordinary People Celebration, Harmonic Beats 2024 – an inspiring event held on 3 July 2024 at the University Cultural Centre Ho Bee Auditorium, National University of Singapore. Having previously joined an Extra•Ordinary Celebration last November, representing Impossible Marketing this time were Lynn and Joanne, who were thrilled to attend this momentous occasion.

This annual extravaganza is Singapore’s largest inclusive concert, bringing together hundreds of performers from both special education and mainstream schools. The concert aims to break down barriers and create a sense of unity among diverse communities by highlighting the talents and abilities of all participants.

Held at the University Cultural Centre Ho Bee Auditorium at the National University of Singapore, the concert was a grand display of musical and dance performances. The duo of Mashruddin Saharuddin and Sumansi Sunar captivated the audience with their rendition of “Nothing’s Gonna Change My Love For You.” Mashruddin, likened to Singapore’s Stevie Wonder, and Sumansi, renowned as the Singing Nurse from Talentime ‘78, delivered a heartfelt performance that resonated with the evening’s charm and elegance.

The grand finale, “Rasa Sayang,” presented by Our Celebration Party!, brought everyone together in a joyous celebration of community. Participants and audience members alike joined in singing and dancing to the beloved folk song, accompanied by upcycled percussive instruments crafted by students and volunteers. It was a fitting conclusion to an evening dedicated to embracing diversity and fostering unity through music and shared experiences.
