Upgraded And Ready: Our Office’s New Equipment Arsenal
Posted on: September 29, 2023
Impossible Marketing has been conducting many upgrades to the office, from revamping the office interior of our digital marketing agency to making our Impossible posters. As part of our office upgrade, we believe that not only is the working environment vital, but also the equipment and tools readily available to our employees.
Since moving to our current office space, our employees have been given MacBooks to aid them in their tasks. Not only do they not have to bring their own laptops to work, but its incredible portability and speed means being able to optimise and maximise the open office experience, completing their tasks efficiently.
Recently, several of our employees feedbacked that they would like additional monitor screens to work with as it can be tiring on the eyes to look at the small screens for prolonged periods. Hence, we have gotten several PRISM+ curved monitors for the office. Not only are we supporting local brands and businesses, but with the addition of new equipment, we are also able to provide faster and better services to our local clients.
Additionally, the PRISM+ curved monitors we have selected are extremely value for money. They were also designed to promote comfort and performance. With features such as flicker-free and low blue light screens, adjustable tilt-angle, FHD resolution, and vibrant colours, our employees do not have to bend their necks forward or squint their eyes to view their work. Everything can be viewed easily on the huge, curved screen, with the ability to view multiple windows in one screen, making it the ideal ergonomic and productive investment.
On top of providing external monitors, we have also gotten several wireless mice and keyboards from Logitech and Apple. This is also done so that our employees are able to enjoy more excellent ergonomic benefits.
Ergonomically correct workstation setup includes ensuring that the top of the monitor is at least two to three inches above eye level and that the monitor is about an arm’s length away from your eyes. When using the keyboard and mouse, the mouse and keyboard should be placed as close to your body as possible, allowing your elbows to rest at your side perpendicularly. The issue with our previous workstation setup is that the laptop’s screens were small, resulting in our employees having to bring them closer to them, causing them to adopt poor seating postures.
With the new equipment arsenal, we hope that they are able to adopt healthier ergonomics, making their work fuss- and pain-free.
