How many h1 in a page for SEO

How many h1 in a page would be ideal?
H1 refer to “heading number 1” in website building which carry the most weight compare to h2, h3, h4, h5, h6. It is VERY IMPORTANT to have h1 in your website as it tells google spider what your page is about.
As per Matt Cutt video, many may abuse it by adding multiple h1 which is not recommended.
Our recommendation: Use only 1x h1 in a page and the h1 must be the keyword you are targeting. Should you have multiple sections in your page, you can also use h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 etc.
